Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of WigMaps, including salon applications, salon profiles, directory listings, map features, comments, and related services. By using WigMaps or submitting a salon application, you agree to these terms.
1. WigMaps Is a Directory
WigMaps is a directory and discovery service for hair-system salons, barbers, stylists, and related providers. WigMaps does not provide salon, barbering, cosmetology, medical, or hair replacement services. Users are responsible for evaluating whether a provider is appropriate for their needs.
2. Salon Applications and Listings
By submitting an application, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and authorized by the business. WigMaps may approve, deny, edit, hide, remove, rank, or request changes to any listing at its discretion. Approval does not create an endorsement, partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, or guarantee of quality.
3. Information You Provide
You grant WigMaps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works from information, text, photos, links, service selections, business details, and other materials you submit for operating, improving, marketing, monetizing, and promoting WigMaps.
4. Sale and Sharing of Information
You acknowledge and agree that information you provide to WigMaps may be used, shared, licensed, rented, transferred, or sold to third parties, including data partners, advertising partners, analytics providers, lead-generation partners, business directories, marketplace partners, acquirers, and service providers, subject to applicable law. This may include business contact information, listing information, service categories, referral activity, and other non-sensitive commercial information submitted to WigMaps.
5. Contact and Referral Tracking
WigMaps may track outbound clicks, booking links, website links, direction links, social links, and similar referral activity. WigMaps may use this information for analytics, attribution, billing, ranking, marketplace reporting, advertising, product improvement, and commercial reporting to salons or partners.
6. Public and Non-Public Information
Approved salon business information may be displayed publicly. Contact email addresses submitted for review are intended for WigMaps administration and confirmation unless separately displayed or authorized. Phone numbers are displayed publicly only when the applicant selects the phone visibility option or an admin otherwise confirms public display.
7. Google Maps and Third-Party Services
WigMaps uses Google Maps Platform and may link to Google listings, Google reviews, booking providers, social networks, and salon websites. WigMaps does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, pricing, booking flow, or accuracy.
8. User Comments and Reviews
WigMaps comments are separate from Google reviews. WigMaps may moderate, approve, hide, remove, or mark comments as spam. Users may not submit unlawful, defamatory, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, private, or infringing content.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse WigMaps, submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person or business, interfere with platform security, scrape the service without permission, upload malicious code, violate laws, or use WigMaps to harass, discriminate, spam, or infringe the rights of others.
10. Paid Products and Monetization
WigMaps may offer free, verified, featured, partner, sponsored, lead-generation, advertising, analytics, or other paid products. Placement, ranking, labels, reporting, and availability may change. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, WigMaps does not guarantee traffic, leads, bookings, revenue, or customer outcomes.
11. Accuracy and Availability
WigMaps aims to provide helpful information, but does not guarantee that listings, hours, services, pricing, ratings, photos, availability, or contact information are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. The service may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
WigMaps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WigMaps disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WigMaps and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, reputational harm, booking disputes, service outcomes, or third-party conduct.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WigMaps from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your submitted information, your business services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Changes to These Terms
WigMaps may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WigMaps or continued listing on the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
